New Possibilities

The school year is just over two weeks away and with that closely approaching date comes all kinds of feelings....excitement, anxiety, anticipation, etc. The summer has been shorter than usual due to the late start of last school year, and it has been very unusual due to the extreme temperatures and lack of precipitation. It will be good to get back to a routine and all of the new possibilities the 2012-2013 year holds for us.
Personally, I am very excited to start my new position as technology integration specialist. I am looking forward to helping teachers learn and use new types of technology to help them make the most outstanding lessons ever! The possibility of working and learning along with so many talented professionals is something that will be an incredible experience. Helping our students learn to think and create is such an awesome undertaking...I can't wait to get started!
